"Have you ever thought you heard something, but there was nothing there? Have you ever thought you saw someone in the corner of your eye, and when you looked there was no person there? Have you ever looked at an illusion and been deceived that one line was longer than the other, but really it wasn't? When you look down from a high building on people, do they appear small like ants? Aren't there thousands of occasions when we do mis-perceive?
Now, my question is... what if what we think is our Reality is not at all. What if what you're reading right now is fake. I am fake, You are fake, your car is fake. What if 'The Creator' is just that... a Creator? Christianity, Mormonism, Buddhism, Jehovah's Witnesses, Muslim, Judaism... these are all man-made beliefs. What if what we think is our Savior was actually a Creator. Not in the sense of they hear every murmur and hum of a prayer, but in the sense of they made us, we are an experiment. Or, we are one of thousands of creations.
Not like Parallel Universes, no.
Or maybe, yes.
Different Universes. Different Realities. Different Faces... or the Same?
Science Fiction has been just that since the dawn of man. But, what if someone was clued into what was Reality and what was Fiction, and we are too bogged down with what we "know" to think anything more of it. A writer can say, "Yes, it's a nice piece of fiction" but what if he doesn't realize it may not be just fiction?
Supposedly the Bible was written by Omnipotent Circumstances, as if God whispered truths to man to be documented. What about today? Can't man be influenced by God today? Or is this jsut something God doesn't do anymore? By no means am I denying the Bible's ability to be a nice story, with good intentions, but even now, there are parts of this book that are severe and cruel as if God was unjust and hated us. Is this the way to believe your life is? Is this morally correct? Are we to fear a god and at the same time feel comfort?
I believe the Bible is just a nice book. I believe if there is a God, he or they want us to be happy in this life.
But, alas, I do not believe there is just one God. I believe in the Creator(s). I believe we are an intertwined, intermingled web of intricacies, designed to have a purpose, or not to have a purpose... I haven't thought that through yet.
Truthfully, I think we are all a set of pre-conceived ideas from far greater beings than us. I'm not talking about aliens. Just something more.... something better.
I believe there are stages of Life. Not in the literal sense like childhood, teen years, etc. I'm talking about when this Life ends, what's next? I think you go on into the Ether, become something more. What if Life is a joke? Or an experiment? Or a Science Project? Obviously, if something or someone made us, they have to be considerably smarter than us.
We had Einstein, that's great. Who made Einstein?
If we are made "in the image" or our Creator, what does the Creator or Creators look like? Like us? Are they a counterpart or extension of us? Are we an extension of them?
What if someone or something could pull the plug at ANY moment on what Life is? Would we still try to kill each other? It is in our nature to destroy ourselves. We are Masochists and Sadists all rolled into one entity. If so, who or what made our nature? Are they Sadists as well? Do they enjoy putting tiny entities such as ourselves through so much pain, anger, hate, love, joy, angst, frustration, contemplation, ecstasy, despair?
What does this Life mean if it's a lie?
I don't claim to know anything about anything. I just feel passionately about this. I believe we are on one level of consciousness and there are many. Once this Life is over, I believe there is another, whether derived from ancient 'prophesies' or religions. I believe religion was spawned from the great and overwhelming knowledge there is something more. We have just abused the power to influence others for our gain.
Religion is a sham. A hoax to feed into the frenzy of needing to know what's out there, what's beyond our knowledge.
God, on the other hand, is not a sham. God is God, whether God is Buddah, Allah, Jesus, Krishna, Aten, Ra, Yahweh, Abraxas, Deus, or just God. It all means the same thing. Embrace it.
The end will never truly be the end, only an intermission to something far greater.
This I know for sure.
